ABOUT THE WINE DIVAS Well it all started from the love of wine. It was once said, perhaps over wine, that one should pursue their passion. So here we are in the pursuit of a passion. It is so easy to become afraid of wine or meant to feel inferior when trying to learn. The goal here is to make the process very easy and very enjoyable. Now let's clear up some misconceptions...Diva conjures up in ones mind images of past and present glamorous female performers. We do not put ourselves in this class. In fact, some of us aren't even female! Rather we consider that, as we drink a quality bottle of wine, perhaps we become closer to the divine us!!! Perhaps a little on the hokey side, but the truth none the less. Now wine misconceptions: one must have a wealth of knowledge and experience to be able to properly order and enjoy wine. Not true.the enjoyment of wine is simply that pure enjoyment. A personal enjoyment - yours is perhaps not mine and mine is perhaps not yours. Knowledge about wine can be gained over time but is not a necessity of the enjoyment aspect. All of that said, The Wine Divas would like to help you enjoy wine as much as we do. We wish to help you in your journey and give you confidence and increased wine pleasure. Let us help you choose a wine for your next dinner party or just chat about a wine you recently had or we had. The chatting, of course is free. However we do offer services for the larger decisions such as wine for your large formal function or wedding. We will help with selection, numbers to order and even the purchase if needed. Advice can also be had on wine pairing, wine tasting, wine menu engineering, event planning and anything else that may be necessary in the enjoyment of wine.
